Tascam 122MKIII tape recorder player.   Unit is used.   Unit is in good physical condition.  Operating transport results in flashing transport lights.  Will not play or record.   Unit may need to be cleaned/adjustments before use.  Neither VU lamp comes on.  Original owner.
