This is a Vintage NOS (Embroidered) Patch - "USA" (Shield / Stars and Stripes) - Sew-On / Iron-On.

It has a (Shield) shape, it is has a (White) Background a (Yellow) Border and Text, (Blue) Stars and (Red) Stripes.
