Core Refund:
- A core charge is included in this price.
- That core charge (or a portion of it, depending on condition of cylinders) will be refunded automatically back onto your original method of payment upon receipt of your core cylinders.
- Please keep in mind that your core refund can vary depending on the condition of your core cylinders.
- Broken skirts, cracks into the water jacket, ports, or cylinder wall & O-ring groove damage are some of the reasons that you would not receive a full refund.
- Refunds can be significantly less than the total core refund.
- Cores that are returned without the core return paper are subject to much longer processing times, & are sometimes unable to be processed at all.
- If you have concerns about the condition of your cylinders, please message us with pictures.
Restocking Fee:
In the event that you order the wrong part for your machine and it ships, or if you are making a return, there is a %15 restocking fee to account for inconvenience and labor. The item must be un-used and in original packaging/condition. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost for these returns, as well as the cost of shipping out another part if you are making an exchange. We will only cover those costs if your return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
