And should in the unlikely events it is lost I will complete all necessary forms to claim compensation back from Royal Mail.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / DAMAGES / MISSING ITEMS
On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact me on receipt of item. I will need photo evidence for Royal Mail. I can then either replace the item or give you refund.
I cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sellable
Return postage cannot be paid for items returned
If you do not receive your item within 7 days, please contact me. A claim through Royal Mail cannot be made before 15 days after posting (25 days for overseas). Please do not ask us to resend or refund any items until this time period has passed as we cannot comply until we can claim from Royal Mail. After the mandatory time period has passed we will be happy to either resend or refund your item to you.
