The device was intended for photographing screens of electron-beam indicators, scales of measuring instruments, control panels and remote objects under different conditions.
The camera is designed to use 16-mm film, and gave a frame format 7.7 x 10.5 mm. The cassette contained 12 m of film (1500 frames). Using the built-in electric drive (electric motor - 27 volts, 91000 rpm), the camera could shoot at a speed of up to 6 frames per second. Shutter gave shutter speeds: 1/35, 1/70, 1/100, 1/250 sec. The camera was controlled remotely from the remote and using the button on the camera itself.
