80's "Girlie" dress, is in black cotton, with a raised chenille pattern.

It's a halter style dress with a padded bust and zippered back.

The skirt is 2 tier, with a netted ruffle around the bottom tier, and a partial poly satin underskirt.

The waist is elasticized, and has sewn in ties.

There are also grommets & lacing in the front.

Bust- 32"-36"

Waist-20"-30"

Hip-34"-38"

This is really a cute dress, and could be accessorize soooo 80's!
