These clear acrylic Ganaching Plates help you achieve the perfect finish to your buttercream / frosted cakes, assisting with achieving a flat top and sharp edges.

The plates a 3mm thick and the PRICE IS PER PAIR. You will receive 2 plates.

They are available in round or square from 3 inches to 14.5 inches. It is suggested that you allow for at least an extra 0.25 of an inch for the ganache around the side of the cake. Therefore, for an 8 inch cake you may choose to order plates at 8.25 inches in diameter or for a thicker frosting, 8.5 inches.

These plates a reusable and should be washed in warm soapy water before and after use. It is not recommended to put them in the dishwasher.
