All shipping will have tracking unless stated and be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order excluding National & Victorian Public Holidays. Please allow for standard Australia post delivery times, Express Post option is available at checkout.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDER

Sometimes parcels are delayed or get lot in transit (LIT). If your item has not yet arrived, check the tracking information for its latest status. If it is overdue or missing you can contact us, contact auspost or lodge an Item not Received with eBay.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We have a no return policy on spare parts for the obvious reasons unless deemed faulty or required by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. All items are brand new and covered by manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. Any warranty claims are to be notified to us via the eBay messaging system, photos of your issue will help. Shipping charges for any warranty approved returns will be covered by us within 30 days of your purchase.
