HOW TO PERSONALISE

Please follow the steps below to personalise your order

1. Once the order has been placed, send an eBay message showing the following information.

Design you like (each design on the listing will include a design name)
"Bride and Groom to be" Names
Party Date, and start time
Party Venue
RSVP details
Any design ideas you may have

2. Our team will put a proof together for your approval. We will aim to send this by eBay messaging within 1 working day of receiving your details.

3. Work with our team over eBay messaging until you are 100% happy for us to proceed to print

4. We will aim to print and dispatch the approved design the following working day after receiving design approval.

5, All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail first class post. This service generally delivers within 1 to 3 working days
