This is a 2000 WestPoint Mint, Library of Congress, Commemorative Ten-Dollar gold coin.  It is Certified and Graded a PERFECT Mint State 70 by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation of America.  Composed of Gold and Platinum, it is the only bimetallic commemorative ever produced by the U.S. Mint.  The mintage of only 7,261 pieces makes this one of the lowest of the entire modern commemorative series.
