Greek Salad Recipe:

 SALADE GRECQUE Ingridients pour deux personnes: 250gr tomates, 1 concombre,
1 oignon rouge, 1 poivron vert, des olives noires, deux cuillertes v soupe d' huile d'olive,
1 cuillerse v soupe de vinaigre, %2 cuillene 13 soupe de melange de salade,
du see, feta ( fromage Grec). Preparation: Laver les legumes. Coupez les tomates,
le concombre et le poivron en petits morceaux. Coupez l'oignon en tranches.
Melanger le tout et ajouter les olives.
Saler, ajouter la feta puis assaisonner avec l'huile d'olive et le vinaigre.
 

GREEK SALAD Ingredients for two persons: 250gr tomatoes, 1 cucumber,
1 red onion,1 green pepper, black olives, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon of Greek salad mix, salt, feta (Greek cheese). Preperation: 
Wash vegetables. Cut tomato and cucumber into small pieces.
Cut the onion into slices and pepper into small pieces. 
Mix all ingredients and add the olives.
Add salt, feta cheese, Greek salad mix,olive oil and mix all ingredients again. 


GRIECHISCHE BAUER SALAD Zutaten fiir 2 Personen: 250 gr. Tomaten, 1 Salatgurke, 1 Rote Zwiebel,
1 &tine Paprikaschote Schwarze Oliven, 2 EL Olivenol, 1 EL Essig, 'A TL Salatmischung Meersalz,
 100gr Schafskasse. Zubereitung: Das Gemiise gut waschen. Tomaten und Gurke in Wiirfel schneiden.
Die grtinen Paprikaschoten entkernen und in Wiirfel schneiden. Alle eschnittenen Zutaten werden
miteinanden vermischt. Schwarze Oliven dazugeben.Salzen. Dartiber Schafskase drauflegen.
Mit Salatmischung bestreuen. Am Ende Olivenol und Essig dazugeben.
