Vintage deep dished dinner plate decorated in the Castile Blue pattern, made in stoneware by Denby Pottery, Derbyshire, England between 1975 – 1987.

The Castile Blue pattern is recognised by the impressed little circles which separate the blue from the white contrasting glaze, a deep footed design with deep dished plates & exuberant handles on cups etc.

The dinner plate is 27.5cm in diameter by 3cm deep, and the unpackaged weight is 804 grams.

In very good pre owned vintage condition free from crazing chips or cracks, there is some utensil / surface wear commensurate with age & use.

On the underside is the Denby printed mark.
