To return or exchange a product you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The product you wish to return must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the product have any manufacturing defect or not matched with description a full refund will be given for the goods and free return label will be sent out by email (UK Mainland only) Scottish isles, Isle of Man and other UK territories return shipping charges will apply

However if want to return the item simply because you change your mind or it is no longer required than we still offer free return (UK mainland only) .

Please note that parcels remain your responsibility until returned to us therefore we
recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or use a delivery service that offers insurance to the value of the goods being returned.
