This is a brand new replacement pick guard. It still has the plastic on it. So you will be pulling it off and claiming it as your brand new guard. Great quality and perfect condition. This is an 13 hole guard. It should fit US and Mexican Standard made bass guitars with out much trouble.  Some times you will have do a bit of screwing in on an angle, but nothing major.  The Asian import (like any of the Chinese or Indonesian made strats) you will need to do some redrilling on the screw holes. Other manufactures and guitar built in other countries, you might have to do a bit of drilling to make the holes line up perfectly, but nothing major.
