thermostat controller and adapter plate work together to a create an efficient heating solution for multiple purposes.
The thermostat controller can be set to the optimal temperature and
will turn the heater off when the temperature is reached resulting in up to 60% savings in fuel costs when combined with our air flow engineering adapter plates. The bindapt system will easily mount to any 3-10HP inline or centrifugal aeration fan. The heating system is meant to adapt to 300000 - 500000 BTU indirect heaters using two 12 inch flexible heat ducting (see our other listings, sold separately - flagro/ frost-fighter diesel or propane construction heaters)
After installation, set the thermostat to optimal grain drying
temperature based on external weather conditions. Turn heater to
Thermostat mode to begin the drying process*. The
thermostat temperature can be easily changed with the buttons on the
screen as weather conditions change. Once the process is complete and
the sampled inventory is ideal the system can easily be moved to the
next bin for processing.

The Bindapt Thermostat Controller is ideal for construction heaters that are used for:- Grain Drying

The
Bindapt Thermostat was primarily designed for grain drying
applications, as it comes with a temperature probe. The Thermostat in combination with the Adapter Plates
creates an efficient grain drying solution. The temperature probe is
installed into the aeration plenum closest to the grain and will read
the output temperature of the fan.
The Thermostat can be set to a
specific temperature and be given a threshold. The threshold is amount
of variation in temperature before the thermostat turns the heater on
