This dress is brand new with tags and has a square collar that is monogrammable. It is a size 3T. My daughter has one exactly like this with her initial in turquoise. The dress would also be cute in a lime green or hot pink monogram as well. The total length measures about 27 nches and the measurement from armpit to armpit is about 12.5 inches. Please measure your child and bid very carefully, because all sales are final. If you have any questions, especially concerning sizing, please message me first BEFORE bidding.
