Book Condition:  Near Mint, Like New.  All 94 pages intact.  Sepia colored photos/images inside.  Small little finger crease/indentation on mid top of pages 1 through 11.  2 small black mark blemishes on front cover near the NY World's Fair embossed logo.  Square and tight binding.  Edges/corners are still relatively sharp for a vintage book of this age.
