Please make your payment within 3 days of auction end.
If item is not paid within 3 days of auction end, an unpaid item case is opened
automatically by eBay.
Please email us with any requests for special invoicing
(combined shipping, tax free, etc.), so that we can make sure that you receive
the correct pricing.
Minnesota residents and other states that are required by
law, will be charged 7.5% (or their states sales tax) sales tax at checkout
(done automatically by eBay).
Shipping
1. Packages are usually shipped within 24
hours of payment receipt (We Ship Tuesday – Friday; Not on Holidays).
2. We send purchase only to the address listed on the
invoice, so if you want your package to go to a different address, please make
sure that address is verified via PayPal and selected when you pay for your
item.
3. If you purchase more than one item within 72 hours of
each other and would like those items sent together, please request a combined
shipping invoice for those items. Do not pay for any of the items
until you are finished with your purchases and We have sent you a new combined
shipping invoice. Papa Hawk Sports reserves the right to limit
the number of items packaged together based on size and how fragile the item
is.
4. International
Buyers: Please note; import duties, taxes and charges are not included in
the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. All international shipping is done via Priority
Mail International so that the item is protected under eBay's Buyer/Seller
Protection Plans per eBay rules.
5. Please note, that once shipped, Papa Hawk Sports has no
control over the actual shipping time. You will receive an email stating when
your item was shipped.
