None of the red and black Eisenhower commemorative dollar proof sets have any silver coins inside of them. Only the blue and red bicentennial commemorative Sets have 40% silver Eisenhower dollars Kennedy half dollars and Bicentennial Drummer Boy quarters. The blue and red sets were minted in proof versions that contain three coins in 40% silver and they were also men did an uncirculated editions they also contain three coins and 40% silver the difference between the proof and uncirculated varieties is in the mirror proof finish compared to the uncirculated matte finish.
