This is a "FRANKLIN PORCELAIN The Country Garden Butterfly Vase by John Wilkinson LIMITED EDITION FINE PORCELAIN 1981. 

In excellent condition after 33 years.

This stands 11.5" tall with a diameter of 3 5/8" at outer top rim, 4 3/16" at bottom, and approx 6 1/2" at the widest point(mid section). 

There are gold highlighted rings at top and bottom. Gold is mint condition as well.
