 Tonight, in separate auctions, I will be listing a large collection of vintage 1950's - 1960's metal printing plates.

These plates were used to print publicity advertisements for upcoming concerts. Handbills, flyers, newspaper ads, and posters.

Included in this auction:

*** DUKE OF PADUCAH original vintage 2" x 3 1/8" metal printing plate.

*** six original ad slicks of this image. These are vintage printers proofs on paper. The paper proofs show the positive image, and the printing plate shows the negative of the image.

*** an original vintage printers negative with the same image.

Photos taken at an angle, to better see the image on the metal plate.

Sold just as-found, unpolished and uncleaned, with original patina. Old ink residue, as shown. No bends, breaks, or repairs.
