 Tonight, in separate auctions, I will be listing a large collection of CIVIL WAR-era cdv's. These are all vintage c1860's images, not copies or reprints. Please take a look at my other auctions.

Most of the cdv's I am selling tonight are from very early in the war.

This auction is for an original CDV photograph of MARTHA WASHINGTON.

Bottom border of photograph has the mark of: J. E. TILTON & CO / BOSTON. Photo by BLACK.

Measures 2 1/2" x 4" and displays beautifully, with full margins. Photo has sharp corners and has not been trimmed.

Sold just as-found, with no rips, tears, holes, creases, folds, or repairs. Never mounted.
