Items sent from UK take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Items sent from USA take 2-5 weeks to arrive.
Items sent from Australia take 1-6 business days to arrive.

Terms of Sale
This item is the Official UK Release - officially coded Region 2 PAL for UK, Europe, Japan, South Africa, Middle East. Buyers in Australia,New Zealand and South America will require a multi region player to play all discs.

? Region 1 NTSC (United States, Canada) buyers in the US & Canada will require a multi region player with PAL
? Region 2 PAL (UK, Europe, Japan, South Africa and Middle East)
? Region 4 PAL (Australia, New Zealand and South America) - Buyers will require a multi region player

Guarantee
If there is any problem, please contact us. We guarantee all items are genuine studio release products - no copies, counterfeit or faulty versions.
If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does not include instances where you've purchased a DVD or Bluray incompatible to your player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you are about to purchase.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
REFUNDS
All returns are handled in Australia.
If your item is faulty, not as described or damaged in any way, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund if you can return the item to us here in Australia.
Refunds will not be accepted if your DVD player is incompatible; you change your mind or have not read the listing correctly, so please read the relevant information carefully.
