How to use Fragrance Lamp:  

To use your Fragrance Lamp, follow these easy steps:
 1. Place your Fragrance Lamp on a stable surface.
 2. Fill lamp approximately 2/3 full with fragrance oil of your choice. Only use     fragrance oil that is specifically designed for fragrance lamp use.
 3. Insert the wick into the lamp completely. When using for the first time, let the wick soak for 20 minutes before using.
 4. Light the wick. After 3 minutes blow out the flame. Your Fragrance Lamp is now working to remove odors, purify and fragrance the air.
 5. Put the vented cover back on the Fragrance Lamp. While the lamp is working, there is no smoke or flame, just a little heat coming off the top of the lamp.
 6. Once your Fragrance Lamp has removed odors (after about 5-10 minutes) and added enough fragrance for you (usually about 20 minutes) remove the vented cover and place the solid cap back on the Fragrance Lamp.

  • All U.S. shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First-class mail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days)
  • All International shipments are made via United States Postal Service by First-class Air Mail (approx. 7-14 business days)
  • All mail transit time is only best estimate, not guarantee.  The delivery time will vary depending on destination.
  • Buyer is solely responsible for paying all duties fees charged by the customs department.

 

 Return Policy

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item back to us. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department.
  • All return enquiries must be made WITHIN 14 days of receiving the item. Sales are FINAL after 14 days, no exceptions.
  • You must obtain a RPN# from our customer service department.
  • We will either replace or refund the returned item.  Returned item will be replaced with a new same style item, if the item happens to be out of stock, then we will issue a refund on the returned item. The returned item may not be exchange for a completely different item.
  • If the item is lost of when returning back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund or provide an replacement for item.
