– Warranty will be voided if the system is not installed by a fully licensed and qualified Volkswagen Workshop or Mechanic.
Under these circumstances any service installation costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

– When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of installation service (your tax invoice).
– When returning an order, 20% of restocking fees will be applied.
