This is for a small bag of Seasoned Cherry Competition Cut Size Chunklets 2 1/2 inches by 1/2 to 5/8 inches wide and 42 chunklets

I have cut this size up for competition cooking with Steak and Chicken and Pork Steak or anything you like to cook.

WHERE YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR SMOKE AND COLOR AND HEAT AND FLAVOR OF YOUR PRODUCT.

Lets just say, On a 8 min. steak cook you will only use about 3-6 to get that sweet mild to fruity Flavor to your product.

This is center cut wood with no bark at all.  This cherry is from the rich soil of Mississippi Delta. This wood has the Ideal moisture level for optimum smoke about 10-20%

 NOTE: All this wood is custom cut and split and the ends and the bark have been cut off 1/4 inch so there is no chain saw oil. Bark on the wood is no good to cook with anyway with all the stuff in the air and grows on it. At 2017 Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Contest 8 teams used this wood and came up with a 3rd - 4th - 5th and 13th in whole hog and 11th in shoulder and a 11th in ribs. Excellent Showing......  Cherry has a sweet, mild flavor that goes great with virtually everything. This is one of the most popular woods for smoking.  Cherry is an all-around superior smoking wood. This cherry wood is the same wood that some of my friend use to win competition bbq contest around the mid-south. Good with pork/ribs/chicken and beef and complements all meats.
