The player pic is the standard 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" card size but since the images weren't lined up exactly, back to back, it's necessary to include a larger left side border on each side.

For the 1998 All Star Game in Denver the Rocky Mountain News printed the game starting lineups back to back on a poster board.

Additional pics show both the front and back of the original poster issue.
