Shipping:
We offer a 2-day shipping service using either Parcel force (UK) or An Post (Ireland) on all orders placed before 3pm.
We do Next Day shipping also which is available at check out at an additional cost depending on your location.
Some items are shipped direct from the factory via DPD. These items will give you an estimated delivery time before you purchase.
DPD Drop Ship items usually takes 4 - 5 workdays.
We pay the courier to deliver on time, but we cannot always guarantee that they fulfill their duty and deliver on time.
We add tracking numbers to all orders with 12 hours of dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order.
Returns:
We offer a full refund on returns if you suddenly do not require your order. Sometime a repacking charge of £15.00 may be applied if we deem required.
We have no issue in arrange a return for you if required but this will incur a charge. Return charge can be £15 to £25 depending on your location.
