The crew at Squeeg’s Kustoms is known for outstanding paint jobs
and is now making their primer available to the general public! We feel that if
a paint job can last in the hot Arizona sun for the past 20 years, it can last
anywhere.
Squeeg’s primer is an epoxy base, blended with zinc phosphate as a
filler component, and is commonly used in the aerospace field for its longevity
and corrosion protection.
Once the primer is dry it becomes inert, once cured and prepped
properly, it can be coated with any automotive top coat.
Squeeg’s primer is sold in a two gallon kit with the option of a
one gallon or a quart reducer. The reducer is not necessary to use, however,
when added, it will produce a smoother finish making final application easier
to wet sand and finish.
· - Will not shrink or blister,
like other production primers!
· - Gives you a high build surface
for a perfect block sand finish.
· - Once applied, bare metal will
be 100% sealed from moisture and contaminates allowing you ample time to prep
and finish.
· - Once can is sealed, unused
portion of product will have an indefinite shelf life.
· - Sands to a nice fine powder
without clogging the paper.
· - Squeeg’s primer has been put through a professional 10 hour, high pressure salt water test, and achieved a 10 out of 10 score!

Aluminum Ferrules: A unique alternative to simply using a rubber grommet when routing lines, cables, wires, etc. through any panel. Deep enough to run through frame rails or can be used on thin sheet metal panels. 5 sizes available.
Bulkheads: Currently 5 items consisting of an aluminum bolt-on brake line bulkhead and 4 steel weld-in frame bulkheads to run lines or wiring through your frame. Weld in bulkheads available with a plain removable plate or with two terminals perfect for running wiring from your battery to your starter.
Epoxy Top Coat Kits: 18 Colors and Clear Available in Gloss or Suede, Squeeg's top coat kits have no UV agent similar to the old DP epoxy from PPG. The idea behind the colors is a temporary coating before paint, so you can run it for a few years until you are ready for paint. When you are ready for paint, simply sand and do all of your paint work on top of it the same as you would over primer. Most other suede top coats on the market are made from either urethane or enamel and should be stripped off before applying paint. The clear is designed to cover and seal porous or sanded metals for a natural metal look or to protect and retain the natural patina look that is so popular. Also, just like our primer, the unmixed components have an indefinite shelf life. Available in a quart kit that yields three sprayable quarts or a gallon kit that yields three sprayable gallons.
Exhaust Tips: Beautiful brushed stainless steel exhaust tips flared at the ends designed to be welded on. Available for 2”, 2-1/2” & 3” exhaust.
Line Separators: Black anodized aluminum line separators for Fuel Line, Oil Line, Heater Line & A/C Line – including the new EZ-Clip A/C Line. Separators for two, three or four lines available in all popular configurations. An innovative design where the lines simply clip in to make installation and future servicing a snap with no fiddly hardware to lose. Currently, there are 16 parts in the A/C & Heater category and 34 for Fuel and Oil lines. Matching Plug Wire Separators also available.
Pewter Key Chains: Based on original artwork by Jimmy Smith of cars built by Squeeg’s Kustoms. 6 designs available; 32 Ford Coupe, 33 Ford Roadster, 34 Ford Coupe, 36 Ford Coupe, 40 Ford Coupe, and 50 Merc Custom.
Plug Wire Separators: Black anodized aluminum separators for plug wires. Just like our Line Separators, the wires simply clip in to make installation and future servicing a snap with no fiddly hardware to lose. Offered in 8mm and 8.5mm. There are 6 kits for Big Block Chevy, Small Block Chevy, and Small Block Ford. Also available are the individual components so customers can build their own kits. The wire mounts are sold two per pack and the floating separators four per kit. There are 14 different components available.
Steering Wheels, Adapters & Spacer: Cast aluminum I Beam style perfect for early hot rods. Available smooth or drilled, as cast or polished, wrapped or unwrapped. 8 configurations currently offered. Two column adapters available: early Ford (1928-48) keyed columns and GM splined columns as well as an Aluminum ½” spacer.
T-Shirts: 10 Styles available featuring artwork by Jimmy Smith. Each style is available in either Black or White in Sizes from Small through 3XL. Many clearance shirts are available in various colors as well as Women’s shirts.
Wheels: Early Sprint Car style classic aluminum wheels. Available in Starburst for Ford spindle mount 15” x 4.5”, Sprint in sizes from 15” x 4.5” through 16” x 10”, and Champs in sizes from 16” x 11” through 16” x 13”. All wheels are made to order. Standard available bolt patterns 5 on 4 ½”, 5 on 4 ¾” and 5 on 5 ½”. Other bolt patterns are available, contact us for more information.
Wheel Center Caps: Cast aluminum caps designed to match cast wheels. Originally designed for American Rebel wheels, but suitable for many other wheels. Made in flat or with a domed center. Available as cast or polished in 5 on 4 ½”, 5 on 4 ¾” and 5 on 5 ½” bolt patterns.
