A cotter pin is a fastener that is placed through two holes on one end of a clevis pin. It is used for locking and to hold an object in place. It is commonly split in the middle and has two tines that can be bent around the nut or bolt to secure machinery.

How is it mailed?

All items are packed carefully, placed in a protective something, and mailed in a rigid mailer.


Can this be mailed at a lower cost to an international destination?

I do not make a profit on shipping, the rates shown are the rates provided to us by USPS. The only way this item can be mailed at a lower cost internationally, is for the thing to be folded and placed in a regular envelope without protective backboards and/or packaging. This is NOT recommended.

Additionally, eBay also requires a seller to use a tracking number when processing a transaction. I know others skirt this requirement, however, I do not. Keeping it honest keeps me square with the house.
