Suggested Use

Place any item on the plate to "charge"

Personally I like to leave my Magnesium Spray, Fulvic Minerals and Lugol's Iodine sitting on the plate. I also prefer to eat cold foods off of it.

Leave your glass of water on it. (Perhaps for just 5 minutes)

NOTE: This was one of the first Flower of Life items I supplied, because it has a large flat space. I preferred this kind of shape as I could place a wide range of items on it. Someone told me that I should try to place medicine on this energy plate as it would neutralise the medication’s negative side-effects while reinforcing the positive. I told him I rather not use synthetic and chemical medicines as I believe nature has a cure for everything. But I think it could be true with foods. So, sometimes if I couldn’t get organic veggies, I would put an apple or vegetables on it.
