This reducer is approximately 15mm wide x 8mm high.

1/2" (13mm) (26 TPI threads per inch) male to M10 (10mm) female thread.  

This will convert a lamp holder fitting from the standard 1/2" thread down to 10mm, i.e. M10 thread.
