1 Deep Blue Sapphire approx.  8.1mm x 6.8mm x 4.1mm thick.

5 Tiny Round Cut accent Diamonds (1 missing), approx.  1mm each.
14K Yellow Gold Ladies or Unisex Band marked " CJM (c) " & (Tests as 14K).

With use wear, dirt, minor scratches, slightly off-round band & natural inclusions.
