We ship via USPS for most orders within the 48 US States.

When the shipment(s) is/are Refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible.

All shipping fees are non refundable, unless due to our error on our part. 

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Address change after the package is sent out will require buyer to pay for the address change fee which is require from most shipping service provider.

All returns and replacements must be pre-approved, please contact Dynasty design  at gmail.com before you send back the items, otherwise you won't get the refund or replace although you send back the items.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (e.g. UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation)

Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-boxing fee.

Items found to be correct per the application, used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer, if requested, at the customer's expense.

Item comes with 30-day warranty. Defective item cause by the BUYER will NOT be accept

Dynasty design  will test all return products- Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-boxing fee.
