Shipping

We send all flat pack items by regular delivery via Australia Post from Melbourne. We ship daily except Saturday and Sundays and delivery usually takes only 3 business days for regular postage. We will always combine shipping to a single freight charge regardless of how many covers you buy! If for some reason you pay multiple freight charges, we will refund the extra back to your PayPal account.

Tracking your item

You will receive a tracking number through eBay. The package will be delivered straight to your door. Please note, for security, all packages must be signed for. If you aren't home to collect your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card and you will be able to collect your package from the local post office.

You can opt for the express post service on checkout, however additional costs will apply. Please don't hesitate to contact us for an Express Post quote to your area before you pay for your items.

Payment

Your payment must be paid within 5 business days from purchase, in order for you to receive your delivery sooner.

We only accept PayPal as payment. Your item will be packed securely and shipped to you within 24 hours of the payment being cleared.

You will be emailed as soon as your payment clears, so please allow a few days if transferring or posting payment.

You must supply a street address and contact telephone number. The courier CANNOT deliver to a PO Box so please provide a street address where some-one will be home to accept delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we are happy for you to return the item to us for a full refund minus any freight charge, providing the item is unused and in a resalable condition.

A Thirty (30) day money back guarantee with no restocking fee applies to this item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on return items.

There is also a full 12 Month warranty on this item. Should it fail due to a manufacturing issue simply return the cover and we will swap it over for a new one.

Choice events was founded some years ago during a buying trip to China. The brother and sister team of Craig and Tracey Pattison brings to you, combined years of experience in many different industries, including events, party planning, and wedding supplies.

Craig started out many years ago as an event co-ordinator and along the way, developed a passion for all things ?wedding?. Tracey has lived and worked oversees, where she gained valuable experience in many facets of the business world.
