We aim to ship orders on the same business day if the order is placed before 10am. Orders placed after that will be shipped on the next working day. Orders are only processed after payment is clear.

Most parcels are sent via registered couriers with tracking numbers. Some small parcels maybe sent via Australia Post regular letter service. You will be notified when your item has is processed and if tracking information is available. You can also check your order and tracking details via ebay.
