We do accept returns on some of our items. We do not accept returns on wigs for sanitary reasons. If we make an exception, or if for any reason we receive a wig return, there will be a 20% restock fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Wig must be returned in resellable condition or return will be rejected and sent back. The only time we will take a return without a restock fee is if there is a mistake on our end. Please choose carefully as we cannot take a return without restock fee due to not liking a color or style choice made by you, or for fit reasons. Not liking the color or style does not make the item defective; if color was different than you thought it would be, that also does not make it defective. We send what you order. If you think there has been a mistake, message us thru eBay messages and state the style and color you received with image of tag.
