This is a beautiful and memorable 50th Wedding Anniversary Gift.

Our Mantel Clock is made from wood with a modern grey coloured matt finish and is engraved with 'HAPPY 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY' (or the appropriate anniversary year you provide). We also engrave the First Names of the Anniversary Couple (or Mum & Dad etc) in a contemporary capitalised font and a short personal message at the bottom of the clock up to 60 characters long.  The clock mechanism has a quartz movement and a Roman Numerals Clock Face and measures approx. 15cm Height, 18cm Width (widest point), 4cm Depth.

How to Personalise

Use the "add note to seller" section on Paypal or you can e-mail us through your eBay Account to provide us with:

1. The Year of the Anniversary (e.g. 50th, 60th, 70th etc)

2. The First Names of the Anniversary Couple (or Mum, Dad etc)

3. A Personal Message up to 60 Characters long

Your order cannot be processed until you provide us with your personalisation details.

When will my order be dispatched?

We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared and usually the following day after an order has been placed. This isn't always possible due to high demand particularly as the vast majority of our items are individually personalised to each customer's requirements. Where the required personalisation information isn't provided by a customer, this will also impact on our ability to dispatch an item promptly.

What delivery method do you use?

All items are shipped via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery. The delivery cost is included in the price you pay for your item.

What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?

It is likely that your postman has attempted to deliver whilst no one was in and didn't leave a card advising that the delivery had been attempted. Please always go to your Local Royal Mail Sorting Office and advise them of your name and address and they will check if your parcel is awaiting collection - take a form of Identification with you. We find that in almost every instance this will be the case. If your item is not there, please contact us and we will look into it further.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us through your eBay account and if possible provide a photograph and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.

What if I want to return my item?

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we are unable to use it for any other customer and unless there is a reasonable query in relation to it, we are not able to accept a return.

What Personalisation Information do I need to provide?

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we will need your personalisation information before we are able to process your order. The personalisation information you need to provide us with is clearly highlighted in the 'Product Description' Section. Please try to follow the requirements closely as if you do not provide this or if your personalisation information is not in the right format or is too long for example, your order will not be processed promptly.
