Here is a children's story that is similar to the Wizard of Oz series and is noted for it's delightful Art-Deco style illustrations and design.

Edgar Keller, who was a sheet music illustrator of the early 20th century, also provided the art for the sheet music for which this book is based … "The Yama Yama Man".  

220 pages … contents are profusely illustrated in full color with many full page color plates, including 2 double page spreads, plus other text decoration by chromo lithography so the colors are nice and BOLD!

Front cover pictorial paste down on blue cloth is soiled and worn. Edge-worn, corners bumped. Black letters on spine are legible, spine ends are worn. Back cover is stained and worn.

Illustrated endpapers

One of the double page spreads is detached and laid in.  Several of the illustrations are partially detached, otherwise the contents are tight in the binding.  I did not find any torn pages.  There is no writing except for penciled in names on the gift page.  Scattered light foxing, light finger soiling here and there. There are no bad odors.
