Shipping Policy

Available to Canada and US only. 

Orders are processed Same Day - Two (2) Business Days on average and mailed out as soon as possible.

We offer combined shipping on multiple items for more savings! Calculated as follows: base shipping for one item plus $3.50/extra game, $6.50/each larger item. Please request an invoice after the checkout process or contact us to make the adjustments.

We will NOT be able to cancel the order once it has been processed so please ensure you are purchasing the right item. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns Policy

Please contact us directly if you have ANY questions or concerns about the product! We are here to help and to make things right!

We will always do our best to ensure products we ship out are of the best quality available, as described, and packaged safely. However, in the rare event that an item is defective on arrival or if the wrong item was sent out, we offer a 14 day return period on most merchandise. 

To be eligible, we simply ask that items be returned in the same original condition that we sent out, unworn or unopened, and with all contents. This will be verified with documentation we have on file of the item in question. 

Brand new items and any situations which were not as a result of our wrongdoing are subject to a restock fee of 15%.

Return Exceptions

*This Returns Policy DOES NOT cover buyer's remorse, user error, hardware/server issues, and/or fraudulent activity of any kind. Any suspected abuse of the Ebay return process will be reported accordingly.

*We will NOT be able to accept returns for any brand new sealed, or new in box items that have been opened (seal/shrink wrap removed).
