RETURNS

We offer a 30 day cancellation policy on all items unless otherwise stated. The item in question must be returned to us  as new and in its original packaging. All return requests must be emailed to us within 30  days and to aid us with our customer  service we do ask for a reason if possible. If you have purchased flat packed furniture we cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled so please check all panels and contents before attempting to assemble the item. All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund.
