Returns:

• We offer a 30 day return period if you wish to return your order.
• We require all items to be returned in a new and unused condition.
• Please include a note with your order details and a message informing us .
• In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us and send us picture of the issue so we can rectify this for you immediately.

Sheepskin FAQ:

Q: How are your rugs measured? A: Our rugs are measured wool side up from the longest and widest points (not the size of the suede backing)

Q: Is this genuine sheepskin? A: Yes, all our Sheepskin Rugs are made from genuine British, Australian, New Zealand or Icelandic Sheepskin.

Q: What is the difference between British and Icelandic Sheepskin? A: Icelandic Sheepskin's tend to have longer wool than the wool from British Sheepskin's. British and NZ Sheepskin tends to be thicker and more dense.
