It has never been removed from it's package.  There is a split at both top corners that could be successfully taped from behind.  Also, a couple other minor tears in the packaging that aren't bad at all, one being on the lower right front and the upper left back. There is a remnant of a yellow sticker on the lower front.  The integrity of the plastic cover is great and in tact.  The outfit within in adorable.
