Elegant smaller sized cabinet by Baker Furniture from their "Far East Collection". Purchased from the original owners, it dates to the 1970's. Two doors open to a single open storage space, with an adjustable shelf. The top, sides and front are veneered in a highly figured burl walnut. The front has reeded trim that runs around all four sides of the doors. There is a brass quarter-round trim that runs at the front three corners, and down the side front edges as well. There is a cross-hatched style detail at the front top corners. Turned feet on all four corners. Baker's silver oval label is on the underside, and the cross support just under the front doors.

Exceptional condition. The finish and color are 95% plus. No fading, scratching or wear to the surface. The brass trim has a few minor nicks and the lacquered finish on the recessed handles show some very minor wear in some spots - but there is no pitting.  Hard to find piece and it is all original. Very heavy.
