I have a First Edition hardcover copy of The Creek with a date of 2003 for sale. The book is still in very good condition and it's by Jennifer L. Holm. The pages have no staining on them.  The book is tight to the spine.  There is no writing inside.  There is some wear to the top and bottom of the spine, the edges of the book and the corners as well but not much.  The corners of the book  are still sharp. The covers are in good shape. The dust jacket is also in decent shape.  It does have some minor wear along the edges and a sticker on the back.
