From Rubies Costumes Grand Heritage Collection, this is the Mississippi Gambler costume.

It consists of:

19th century gray polyester, 4 button frock coat, accented with black velvet collar, pocket flaps, cuffs, and buttons.

(Coat is stiffened in the front to give it a more tailored look. It will need steaming or pressing.)

Matching elastic waist pants, with 2 slash pockets.

Sleeveless, false shirt, that ties on either side of the waist, with an attached solid gray tie.

The shirt has a collared placket front.

Gold, black & gray paisley brocade, frontal vest, that ties at the neck & around the waist.

Black vinyl boot tops.
