I am selling an  ORIGINAL IH front rim with a REALLY WORN and FULL of cracks and dry rot but still useable tire on it shown  that just came off of a IHC 460 utility tractor. ready to take home and use!! You are bidding/buying the item that is shown .  NO visible repairs on it!! No visible cracks!! I am selling it as ready to take home and use!! rim has minor dents and dings on it, tire is WORN, LOOk at the photos to see al the scratches and wear and marks on the tire, still up and holding air and worked fine on the tractor
