Returns: Items returned to us in the condition that they were dispatched are eligible to a refund less the carriage costs. A handling charge of 15% plus VAT may be applied.

Returns need to be back with us within 14 days from date of sale for returns to be accepted. Proof of return will be required.

Carriage: Quoted is for next working day tracked shipment by TNT for most UK mainland addresses and excludes certain areas of Scotland where an additional charge will be levied. Again please ask. We are based in Corby in the Midlands and items can be collected from us.

We have access to the DAF computer system and therefore can cross reference to make sure the part we supply is the correct one for your vehicle - all we need is either your registration or chassis number. We specialise in 2001 onwards trucks. We are typically ‘breaking’ 60+ vehicles at any one time.
