Royal Mail Industrial Action.

As Royal Mail have been ‘losing’ many of your Basic 1st Class Large Letter Packets (£1.45) during the on going industrial action we are going to use the 1^st Class To be Signed for Service for the time being. This at least gives our customers a tracking element and for us a redress system, which we are unable to have with the Basic 1^st Class service.

We have to adopt this during this time as we can no longer afford to keep sending replacement orders, that are being 'lost', the value of which is now not acceptable
