Tin Drum was formed in the early 90’s by the husband and wife team of Burleigh Drummond and Mary Harris, who began their collaboration on a Taskam 8-Track in the heart of Panorama City.  Both performed with Ambrosia, and Mary Harris has also performed with Jimmy Buffett’s Coral Reefer Band and Michael DesBarres.

On Small Parade Larry Treadwell was added on guitar, mandolin, and vocals, and Dave Darling on guitar.  It also featured the first appearances of the couple’s children Micky Drummond (Burleigh McDowall Drummond) and Sierra Rose Drummond on vocals.
